Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For the safety of our clients and our staff, due to Covid-19, no returns are allow or accepted at this time. 

Some exceptions may be made, at the Beauty Plus’ discretion, such as, product is may be defective, in which we will replace or apply a store credit.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item being returned is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered by the customer. 

Shipping Policy

We ship within 3-4 business (Mon-Fri) days, but if we are able we will ship sooner. Once your shipment leaves our facility, the speed in which it arrives to is out of our control, and is in the hands of the shipping company and, when applicable, with Customs. Shipping times can not be guaranteed.

Beauty Plus is located in New Brunswick, Canada. Our products are shipped all over North America and Overseas on a daily basis (Monday to Friday) via Canada Post. Please allow 24 hours, Monday to Friday, for your tracking to update online. Shipment delays may occur with the courier, due to unforeseen circumstances, and it outside of Beauty Plus control once it leaves our facility.

Within Canada:

Orders over $200 CDN (before taxes and fees) qualify for FREE regular shipping within Canada (after discounts/coupons and before all taxes)

Within United States:

All customers orders from the United States and Around the World are responsible for paying all shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes and fees that may apply.

 

*Any discrepancies with the order, are the customers responsibility and but be reported to us within 3 days of package delivery.
