Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For the safety of our clients and our staff, due to Covid-19, no returns are allow or accepted at this time. 

Some exceptions may be made, at the Beauty Plus’ discretion, such as, product is may be defective, in which we will replace or apply a store credit.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item being returned is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered by the customer. 

Shipping Policy

We ship 100% within one business day. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Mondays (unless a holiday, it will ship next business day).

Beauty Plus is located in New Brunswick, our products are shipped all over North America on a daily basis (Monday to Friday) via Canada Post. Please allow 24 hours, Monday to Friday, for your tracking to update online. Shipment delays may occur with the courier, due to unforeseen circumstances, and it outside of Beauty Plus control once it leaves our warehouse. 

Within Canada:

Orders over $200 qualify for FREE regular shipping within Canada (after discounts/coupons and before all taxes)

Within United States:

All customers orders from the United States are responsible for paying all shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes and fees that may apply.

*Any discrepancies with the order, are the customers responsibility and but be reported to us within 3 days of package delivery.
